Can I return my order?

Ranch & Trail strives to provide top-tier products for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email, phone, or Contact Us page within 24 hours of receipt so we can address and provide an appropriate resolution regarding issues or concerns with your order.

Can I get a refund or replacement?

If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team via email, phone, or Contact Us page. Our customer support team can arrange a return/replacement for your order.

Due our products being consumable perishables, returns may not be accepted. All returns must be authorized. All unauthorized returns received will not be eligible for refunding any shipping costs associated with the return.

How are refunds processed?

All refunds are subject to the following:

  • Refunds will be issued to the same form as payment that was made on the original order.
  • Refunds can take up to 1-5 business days to reflect on the original form of payment.
  • Ranch & Trail will not send refunds to another form of payment or check.
  • Refunds only apply to orders made on Ranchandtrail.com and not any other retail partners or sales channels.

In the case of orders placed at Ranchandtrail.com, Ranchandtrail.com does not issue refunds or replacements if:

  • The order is unable to be delivered and/or arrives late due to incorrect, invalid, or incomplete addresses entered by the consumer.
  • Delivery problems are specifically caused by the shipping company.
  • Delivery is delayed or affected by weather and/or acts of god.
  • Products are improperly handled/stored after being successfully delivered.
  • A delivery/shipment is refused by the recipient and/or returned to Ranch & Trail without authorization.

Can I insure my order?

Yes. Ranch & Trail does offer shipping insurance for all orders. If shipping insurance is purchased, you receive peace of mind and are covered 100% money-back guarantee for any issues regarding shipment of your order.

In cases where no claims are made on orders with shipping insurance, Ranch & Trail adds a credit to your account in the amount of the shipping insurance cost. Credits can be used only for products on ranchandtrail.com and cannot be issued as a refund. Credits are issued to your account 30 days after delivery and no claim is made on your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will attempt to cancel your order. In the event your cancellation request is made after 5PM Central Time, Ranch & Trail will do all we can do to honor your request. However, if the order has already been packed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order. Can I add or remove items from my order?

No. Unfortunately, adding or removing items will change the amount to be charged, so changing your order will usually always require cancelling the entire original order and placing a new order. You can also try to contact us right away to see if there is anything we can do.
